Easy Mounting Options

 

Standard Frame - This frame is supplied standard with all Apricus solar collectors and is suitable for direct flush installation on a suitably pitched roof.

 

 

 

Low Angle Frame - If the pitch of the roof is not sufficient a low angle frame kit can be used to raise the angle by 12 degrees.

 

 

 

Mid Angle Frame - When installing on a flat surface or low pitched roof, the mid angle frame kit is suitable.

 

 

High Angle Frame - When installing on a flat surface the high angle frame kit is suitable, providing an adjustable range of 27-50 degrees.

 

 

Wall Mounting - The low, mid or high angle frame kits can be used to mount a collector on a wall.

 

 

Pole Mounting - When a roof or wall mount is not suitable, a pole mount is an excellent option, allowing orientation and angle to be easily set.

 

 

 

 

Attachment Options

Depending on the roof surface, different attachment methods may be required. Apricus provides a range of accessories which allow installation on almost any surface.

 

Round Feet. Round feet are the standard option for high angle frame kits when installing on a flat roof, as they provide a strong foundation with large surface area.

 

Roof Track. The roof track provides the same mounting format as the standard frame, a C shaped channel, ideal for use on tiled roofs, asphalt shingles or galvanized steel roofing. The roof track can be attached to the roof using roof attachment straps or rubber pads.
